"Reinventing the Classics!” Do you love acting? Do you dare to shake up the classic fairy tales and turn it into something unique? Do you like to write your own scene for your favourite character and bring it to life? This term we will explore the world of drama and filmmaking by reinventing a classic story together. Week 1-4 will be learning about classic and modern fairytales and reading some fairytale plays with focus on use of space, costume to help define the role and place. Week 5-7 will be collaborative scriptwriting process of a modernised fairytale. Weeks 8-10 will give students an opportunity to make a short fairytale-inspired film together. 1.
